Review policy

How a track earns a place

This is a draft of the public policy. It describes intent; the review workflow itself is not built yet.

The process

  1. Application. The artist describes the work, how AI was used and the rights position.
  2. Automated checks. File and format checks assist the reviewer. They never approve a track.
  3. Rights check. Provider, creation date, licensing, source audio, samples, covers, remixes, voice identity, artwork, video and streaming permission are each verified.
  4. Human listening review. A person judges musical quality, genre understanding and creative intent. Traditional and experimental work are assessed on their own terms.
  5. Decision. Approved work is published with a short curator reason. Detailed scoring is not made public.

Commitments

  • AI involvement is always disclosed.
  • No impersonation of real artists and no unauthorized voice cloning.
  • No unauthorized samples, covers, remixes or copyrighted material.
  • Unverified or pending work is never publicly playable.
  • Artists may revise, resubmit and appeal a decision.
  • A first review is targeted within 5 business days. That is a target, not a promise, and approval is not guaranteed.
  • This is not a bulk-upload or mass-generation service.
